About to CITSE 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Computer, Information Technology, and Software Engineering (CITSE 2026) will be grandly held in Wuhan, China. The conference will focus on the frontier development and integrated innovation of computer science, information technology, and software engineering, bringing together experts, scholars, engineers, and young researchers from universities, research institutions, and industries worldwide. It will conduct in-depth discussions on hot topics such as AI-driven software development, cloud-native and microservice architecture, big data processing and intelligent analysis, network security and privacy computation, industrial software and digital twins, low-code/no-code platforms, and software independent innovation in the information and innovation ecosystem. As a national pilot zone for the innovative development of new-generation artificial intelligence and a significant national science and education base, Wuhan boasts a solid ICT industry foundation, abundant university resources, and an active scientific and technological innovation ecosystem, providing strong support for the collaborative development of information technology and software engineering. CITSE 2026 will promote theoretical breakthroughs and efficient integration with industrial applications through keynote speeches, thematic forums, technology exhibitions, and industry-university-research collaboration. Accepted papers will be recommended for publication in EI/Scopus. We sincerely invite colleagues from related fields worldwide to actively submit papers and participate in the conference, to jointly explore the new boundaries of digital technology and build a secure, intelligent, and independent software future!
Record
All full paper submissions to the CITSE 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of CITSE 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

SCI JOURNAL
Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to iccsse@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
